Victoria is living with an autoimmune disorder called myalgic encephalomyelitis (ME), which, for some, causes constant pain and exhaustion. For others—like Victoria—it is completely debilitating, leaving her bedridden with a significantly compromised immune system. She also has a diagnosis of low-lying cerebellar tonsils with heightened intracranial pressure, a condition where part of her brain is positioned lower than normal, leading to neurological symptoms. Managing her condition requires skilled nursing care and assistance with daily living activities.

Although her situation is complex, Victoria’s prognosis is good, and she is steadily making progress. The care she receives is crucial to her well-being and recovery. Joining her care team means you will play a vital role in ensuring she continues to thrive. It’s also an opportunity to contribute to her inspiring recovery story. Understanding these aspects of her condition will provide valuable context for the rest of this job posting.
