Key Qualifications:

Required:

• Associate degree or higher in Nursing.
• At least 1 year of professional RN experience (Home Health experience preferred).
• Active RN License in the state of Pennsylvania (PA).
• Valid certifications in Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) or Advanced Cardiac Life Support (AHA ACLS).
• Valid driver's license, a reliable mode of transportation, and auto insurance.
• Willingness to travel as required for the role.

Position Overview:
As a Registered Nurse on the Home Health team, you will deliver high-quality care to patients in their own homes. This role focuses on fostering patient independence, promoting recovery, and ensuring a comfortable care experience.
