We are currently seeking a full-time Home Health Registered Nurse (RN) to join our team in NJ. The ideal candidate will deliver skilled nursing care with a focus on effective communication, collaboration, and patient safety.

Qualifications:

Associate degree or higher

Valid Registered Nurse (RN) license in New Jersey (NJ)

Valid American Heart Association Basic Life Support (AHA BLS) certification

Minimum of 1 year of experience in Wound Care, Burn Unit/Wound Clinic, Medical-Surgical (Med-Surg), and Home Health

Seeking full-time position

Preferred:

Bilingual in Spanish

Specialized certifications in relevant areas

Role Overview: As a Home Health RN with our organization, you will provide direct or indirect comprehensive nursing care to patients in NJ. This role entails utilizing the nursing process for data collection, planning, and evaluation of care, as well as effective communication with healthcare providers, patients, and families.

Key Responsibilities:

Deliver skilled nursing care to patients of various age and diagnostic groups

Implement prevention, therapeutic, and rehabilitative nursing care

Conduct thorough patient assessments and maintain awareness of comfort and safety needs

Communicate effectively with healthcare team members and convey pertinent information in a timely manner

Document patient conditions, reactions, and significant incidents accurately

Respond to life-saving situations based on nursing standards and protocols

Schedule and Shift Details:

Full-time position, Monday to Friday, 8:30 am - 4:30 pm

One weekend per month

Rotation for summer and winter holidays
