Job Description:
As an RN, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality, patient-centered care across various units (e.g., Medical-Surgical, ICU, Emergency Room, Pediatrics, etc.). You will work closely with physicians, other nursing staff, and healthcare professionals to ensure optimal outcomes and enhance the patient experience.
Key Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care, including assessing, planning, implementing, and evaluating patient care plans.
- Monitor patient status, including vital signs, medical history, and symptoms, to assess their condition and response to treatment.
- Administer medications, intravenous therapies, and other treatments as prescribed.
- Collaborate with multidisciplinary healthcare teams to develop and implement comprehensive care plans.
- Educate patients and their families about health conditions, treatments, medications, and preventive care.
- Ensure compliance with all healthcare regulations, hospital protocols, and safety standards.
- Advocate for patients by providing emotional support and ensuring their comfort.
- Document patient care and treatment procedures accurately and timely using electronic health records (EHR).
- Respond to emergencies, participate in patient triage, and assist in critical care procedures as needed.
