    Responsibilities

    Implement treatment and plan of care, using sound judgment and critical thinking

    Maintain accurate, detailed, and timely documentation consistent with the plan of care and the nursing processes

    Job Requirements:

    Current unrestricted Texas RN License

    Current CPR certification

    Current Driver’s License

    Auto insurance with your name on it

    TB skin test results within one year of hire or Chest X-Ray within 5 years of hire

    MUST be able to lift 50+ lbs

    At least 1 year experience in home health or facility setting
