  • Responsibilities

    Key Responsibilities

    • Supervise and evaluate all resident care delivered by nursing staff.
    • Provide leadership, oversight, and direction to nurses across levels of care.
    • Enforce clinical protocols and administer disciplinary action as needed.
    • Ensure accurate and timely reporting of nursing care activities.
    • Maintain high standards of resident safety, dignity, and quality of care.
    • Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams and leadership to improve resident outcomes.
    • Utilize care system and paging systems efficiently.

     

    Key Qualifications

    • Bachelor’s degree in Nursing or related field (required)
    • 3–5 years of nursing supervisory experience (required)
    • Active Registered Nurse (RN) license (required)
    • Basic Life Support (BLS) certification (required)
    • Strong written and verbal communication skills
    • Proficiency with computer applications and healthcare paging systems
    • Strong interpersonal, leadership, and organizational skills
    • Knowledgeable in general nursing principles and long-term care best practices
