The bonds with our clients and their families are a must to providing the best care possible. Our in-home nurses are assigned to limited clients(1-2). This allows the continuum of care and develops a much-needed trust between the nurse and the client. Our nurses are responsible for medication administration and monitoring, patient assessment, adapting to each client's needs, and other duties as assigned per the care plan. Strengths in communication skills and documentation are a must. Nurses report to the Nurse Administrator for continued care to each client.

Salary

$35.00 - $40.00 per hour, depending on experience

Standard shift

Overnight (awake) 6pm-6am

Weekly schedule

Set shift, based on availability

Requirements

MN nurse licensure RN - will be verified

Must pass national and multi-jurisdictional background checks, Department of Motor Vehicle checks, and TB screening

Must be able to meet quality standards of care during shifts and follow standard procedures for engaging with the rest of the care team

Must possess a valid driver’s license, automobile insurance, and a working phone and vehicle
