15 HOURS A WEEK ... We are needing a nurse, RN or LPN to serve as a caregiver with a client in Martinsville. Hours are anytime after 1 p.m. daily and can be configured to meet your schedule, too. Mom is flexible.

Job duties:
· Assumes responsibility and accountability for the practice of professional nursing in accordance with Agency policy and standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services.
· Consistently demonstrates competency with technical nursing skills according to personal and legal scope of practice.
· Communicates effectively and in accordance with Agency requirements.
· Assess’ the continuing needs of the patient. Performs initial and ongoing patient’s assessments based on Agency policy and standards of practice to ensure effective and appropriate home care services, as needed.
· Participates with team of RNs, LPNs and or Home Health Aides to provide effective and quality home care services.
· Promotes personal safety and a safe environment for patients and coworkers.
· Performs job duties in accordance with Agency policies, procedures, and professional and community standards.

Qualifications:
· Graduate of an accredited school of professional nursing.
· Current license as a Registered Nurse.
· Demonstrated strong and effective written and verbal communication skills and good interpersonal skills.
· Ability to deal tactfully with patients and the community.
· Demonstrated organizational and time management skills.
