Springville/Provo KOA – Guest Experience Specialist

Springville Provo KOA is seeking an experienced guest experience specialist, who will use their talents to enhance this resort. We are looking for a dynamic guest experience specialist who enjoys the thrill of creating something special, who craves exceptionalism and is passionate about the outdoors.

Position Overview

Springville/Provo KOA is a privately owned RV park and is seeking a Seasonal Part-Time Guest Experience Specialist to assist with guest needs within the park. Our guest experience specialists are customer experience experts. They work hard to maintain professionalism within the parks. This position is the first point of contact for our guests, and it is vitally important that the person in this role loves to work with people and create lasting impressions. They ensure the guests have a fantastic check in & out experience.

Position Responsibilities

• Check in and check out procedure
• Process guest reservations
• Report abnormalities
• Cashiering
• Inventory maintenance
• Housekeeping
• Maintenance
• Grounds
• Follow all service standards specified by the General Manager
• Assist with all other duties as assigned

Candidate Profile

• Preferred to have 6+ months experience in a related field
• Experience with the Microsoft office suite
• Incredibly attentive to detail, process oriented, and organized
• Resourceful, ambitious, and a high sense of personal responsibility
• Genuinely motivated to learn and contribute to a growing team
• Integrity and compliance with corporate values
• Demonstrated work ethic
• Organized
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. regularly and repetitively
• Ability to stand and/or walk for the majority of their shift
