    Our company is at a pivotal point, poised for strategic growth. To capitalize on this momentum, we're seeking an exceptional Chief Financial Officer (CFO) to join your leadership team. This individual will be a hands-on leader, well-versed in financial planning and analysis, and a skilled communicator who can translate complex financial information into actionable insights for your team.

    Key Responsibilities:

    • Financial Visionary: Develop and oversee annual budgets, financial forecasts, and long-term models that align with your company's strategic objectives. Continually analyze performance, identify trends, and proactively recommend adjustments to optimize financial outcomes.
    • Communication Champion: Prepare and present insightful financial reports, including MD&A and FP&A, that are easily understood by both financial and non-financial stakeholders. Actively educate leadership on financial data and its impact on decision-making.
    • Performance Driver: Define, track, and communicate key performance indicators (KPIs) that drive accountability and provide clear visibility into your company's financial health. Use KPIs to identify areas of strength and opportunities for improvement.
    • Compliance Guardian: Ensure the timely and accurate preparation of financial statements and reports in accordance with GAAP and all relevant regulations. Manage relationships with external auditors and oversee a smooth audit/review process.
    • Administrative Leader: Provide guidance and oversight for administrative functions like human resources, IT, and legal. Partner with department leaders to streamline processes and improve operational efficiency.
    • Growth Strategist: Evaluate financing options (debt, equity) and build financial models to support capital growth and key strategic initiatives. Provide the financial expertise needed to make informed decisions that fuel your company's future.

    Ideal Candidate Qualifications:

    • Education: Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field. CPA certification is highly preferred.
    • Experience: 5-7+ years of proven success in a CFO or similar leadership role. Strong grasp of GAAP and financial reporting requirements. Demonstrated experience in a similar industry or company size is a plus.
    • Technical Skills: Advanced proficiency in QuickBooks Online and Microsoft Excel. Experience with additional financial software or ERP systems is advantageous.
    • Leadership Skills: Exceptional analytical and problem-solving abilities. Excellent written and verbal communication skills. A collaborative approach with the ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
