This role involves capturing high-quality images and videos of our real estate listings, team, and events. The ideal candidate will be skilled in drone photography, video editing, and have a strong understanding of current marketing trends and copywriting. Responsibilities include creating engaging visual content, writing compelling marketing copy, and collaborating with the marketing team to enhance our brand’s visual presence. Interested candidates should have a portfolio showcasing their previous work and be proficient in relevant software and tools. Responsibilities: Photography and Videography: • Capture high-quality photos and videos of real estate listings, team members, and events. • Operate drones to take aerial shots of properties. Editing: • Edit photos and videos to create professional and engaging content. • Use software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, Adobe Photoshop, and Lightroom. Marketing Content Creation: • Develop creative marketing materials, including social media content and promotional videos. • Write compelling copy for marketing materials, social media posts, and website content. Trend Monitoring: • Stay updated with the latest trends in photography, videography, and marketing. • Implement new trends and techniques to keep content fresh and relevant. Collaboration: • Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute visual content strategies. • Ensure all visual content aligns with the brand’s identity and marketing goals. Content Management: • Organize and manage a library of visual content for easy access and use. • Maintain high standards of quality and consistency in all visual content. Customer Engagement: • Work closely with clients and team members to ensure their vision and requirements are met. • Provide excellent customer service and support during shoots and projects. Qualifications: • Proven experience as a videographer and photographer, preferably in the real estate industry • Proficiency in operating drones for aerial photography and videography • Strong video editing skills using software such as Adobe Premiere Pro, Final Cut Pro, or similar • Proficiency in photo editing software such as Adobe Photoshop and Lightroom • Understanding of current marketing trends and social media platforms • Excellent copywriting skills for creating engaging marketing content • Strong organizational and time-management abilities, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Compensation: $40,000
