The ideal candidate will have a degree in Bachelor of Science in Business Management obtained within the last four years, coupled with intelligence, leadership, resourcefulness, and integrity. Responsibilities include overseeing administrative tasks, managing real estate transactions, developing marketing strategies, and supporting team recruitment and training. The candidate should possess strong organizational skills, a proactive approach to problem-solving, and a passion for providing excellent customer service. Responsibilities: Key Responsibilities: • Oversee daily operations and administrative tasks of the real estate team • Manage and coordinate real estate transactions from listing to closing • Develop and implement marketing strategies and promotional activities • Maintain and update real estate databases and software systems • Assist with financial management, budgeting, and reporting • Support the recruitment, onboarding, and training of new team members • Ensure compliance with legal and company requirements Qualifications: Qualifications: • Bachelor of Science in Business Management obtained within the last four years • Proven experience in project management, preferably in the real estate industry • Strong organizational and time-management skills • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and real estate software (e.g., MLS, CRM systems) • Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively in a fast-paced environment • Attention to detail and strong problem-solving skills Compensation: $40,000 - $65,000
