Position Overview:

As an RPA Developer, you will design, develop, and implement automation solutions to streamline our business processes. Your expertise in IntelliJ IDEA will be crucial in creating efficient and scalable automation workflows that align with our IT infrastructure.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to analyze and map business processes suitable for automation.

• Design, develop, test, and deploy RPA solutions using IntelliJ IDEA and relevant RPA tools.

• Maintain and optimize existing automation scripts to ensure high efficiency and reliability.

• Provide technical support and troubleshooting for deployed automation solutions.

• Document automation processes, including design specifications, test plans, and operational procedures.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

• Proven experience in RPA development with a strong proficiency in IntelliJ IDEA.

• Solid understanding of programming languages such as Java, Python, or C#.

• Experience with RPA tools like UiPath, Blue Prism, or Automation Anywhere.

• Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.

• Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.

Preferred Skills:

• Experience in the aviation industry or a similar fast-paced environment.

• Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
