Job Summary:

Seeking a dedicated Pharmacist to support our mission of delivering exceptional pharmaceutical care. This role involves reviewing prescriptions, counseling patients, supporting adherence programs, and supervising pharmacy operations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Review and verify prescriptions for accuracy and clinical appropriateness

• Educate patients on medication usage, side effects, and storage

• Provide clinical support and respond to patient and provider inquiries

• Supervise pharmacy technicians and support staff

• Ensure timely and accurate prescription fulfillment, delivery coordination, and inventory control

• Maintain compliance with HIPAA, 340B regulations, and AHF policies

• Participate in community outreach and advocacy efforts

• Support growth through excellent customer service and patient engagement

Qualifications:

PharmD or equivalent from an accredited pharmacy school
Active Pharmacist license in the state of employment
1+ year of experience in retail or clinical pharmacy preferred
Strong communication, leadership, and organizational skills
Bilingual (Spanish or Creole) a plus
