    Job Brief

    We are looking for highly energetic, TS-SCI cleared, IT professionals who are interested in joining our seasoned team of technologists. We are focused on driving significant enhancements in the efficiency and effectiveness of enterprise-wide IT operations and performing routine O&M for an IC agency. The program itself supports a broad range of IT enterprise services for end-users around the globe, with smaller project teams that focus on particular areas (i.e. Platform as a Service, Application Services, Cloud Computing, High Performance Computing, API Management, etc.). We are looking for hands-on professionals, team players, and engaged individuals who enjoy keeping up with the latest tech stacks and technology trends. We have positions open at all levels and in multiple geographies.

    Basic Qualifications:

    Specific Duties and Responsibilities:

    • Adhering to inventory control and distribution procedures, maintaining accurate receipt and invoices.
    • Performing clerical and manual duties in material areas such as receiving, storing, issuing, and delivering materials.
    • Stocking vendor deliveries and checking that they conform to purchase orders.
    • Reviewing organizational procurement activities for proper "inbound/outbound" projections.
    • Preparing government required reports and representing the program during audits.
    • Coordinating with subcontractors and vendors for shipping and receipt of managed equipment and parts.
    • Maintaining inventory control of government and company material.
    • Performing warehousing control and implementing compliance processes.
    • Establishing and maintaining annual inventory procedures and access controls.
    • Overseeing transactions and minimizing personnel access to sensitive areas.
    • Responsible for datacenter equipment sanitization and disposal.
    • Tracking/reporting metrics regarding inventories and quantities shipped/received.
    • Utilizing small hand tools and operating material handling equipment.
    • Maintaining a clean and organized warehouse or supply room.
    • Preparing and maintaining related documentation.
    • Participating in special projects as required.

    Required Qualifications and Skills:

    • In-depth knowledge of inventory records and control, property management, and government reporting requirements.
    • Strong business communication skills with effective verbal communication.
    • Able to coordinate with vendors for shipping and receiving actions.
    • Detail oriented and organized, ensuring accuracy in tracking requirements.
    • Proficient in MS Office products, email, and government logistics practices.

    Desired Qualifications and Skills:

    • Experience with inventory control systems such as Service +, IFS, SC360, and PSAM.
    • Able to review complex inventory records and develop recommendations.
    • Strong ability to identify issues and develop mitigation strategies.
