Job Description
We are thrilled to be adding a new Customer Service Representative, to our close-knit team, who is ready to provide reliable support to our amazing customers. This position will involve handling inquiries, replacement orders, modifications, and problems solving via phone and email. You will be working with a helpful, dynamic manager and team who strives for department success. We are looking for team player with a positive attitude who is personable and organized, to provide the high standard of care that RST customers have grown to expect.
Responsibilities:
Maintain a positive, empathetic, and professional attitude
Ensure customer satisfaction and provide professional support
Handle inbound calls with some callbacks
Provide customers with solutions when issues arise
Communicate with customers via phone, email, and web portals
Research product materials to answer related questions
Process incident cases, replacement orders, and requests
Take accurate notes of customer interactions, comments, and complaints
Communicate and coordinate with teammates
Requirements:
Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office products and websites
Strong active listening skills and verbal communication
High school diploma, general education degree or equivalent work experience
Ability to reassure and de-escalate customers
Ability to multitask, manage time, and prioritize
Experience working in customer service
Schedule
Full-time
Monday-Friday 9am-5pm
