    We are currently recruiting for a Territory Business Development Manager (Dental Manufacturing Sales) in two States. One in California (Los Angeles) and the other in Illinois (other States that would work are NV, AZ,NY, OH). The ideal candidate has 8+ years experience in Sales in the dental industry working closely with Labs. Ideally experience selling Cad-Cam products or solutions (3d printers, Milling Machines, Scanners, Cad Software (Exocad or 3shape). Experience with prosthetics and/or implant parts is a plus as well. This company is based out of Spain and a little over a year ago opened a US office in Miami, FL. They are looking to grow the Business in the US and are looking for a candidate with industry experience who is open to travel up to 60% a week within their territory.

     

    Job Duties:

    1.Actively looking to find new clients, boost sales and manage client relationships within an assigned territory.

    2\. Train and Educate clients on products and Digital Dental Solutions.

    3\. Effectively communicate product features and Cad solutions on a timely basis to clients.

    4\. Increase incremental sales growth by working together with dental tech support (Product Specialist).

    5.Build and maintain very strong and close relationship with client portfolio. To create a bond to excel the relationship with client on terms of tight partnership.

    6\. Schedule trainings with clients and the tech support team (Product Specialist) to drive sales and excel customer support and satisfaction.

    7\. Effectively communicate client and territory activities, both verbally and via weekly written reports, with Managing Director, on a timely basis.

    8\. Support Company industry related events and activities, including but not limited to Trade events/demos, trade shows, trainings, Conferences, Lectures…and regional industry activities.

    9\. Able and willing to work necessary hours to meet all projected objectives and deadlines.

    10.Must be able to travel 3 to 4 days per week for 60% of the year.

    11\. Develop mutually beneficial, respectful, and effective relationships with peers to ensure seamless coordination between departments, maximize synergy, and maintain a shared vision, strategy, and focus.
