QA/QC Technician and Demonstrator

Ski's Truck & RV Sales is looking for a motivated QA/QC Technician and Demonstrator to verify the effective operation of all camper systems prior to customer pickup and ensure all campers sold meet or exceed customer expectations.

Responsibilities:

Checking the quality control and successful operation of all camper systems (i.e., electrical, plumbing, HVAC, entertainment, etc.) against a Pre-Delivery Inspection (PDI) Sheet completed by RV Technicians.

Working cooperatively with RV Technicians to troubleshoot any camper issues and correct them prior to customer pickup and demonstration.

Training RV Technicians on camper system updates/general knowledge and quality control parameters.

Demonstrating the successful operation of camper systems to customers at the time of pickup and answering any customer questions effectively.

Assisting customers with safe weight distribution hitch installation and adjustment at the time of pickup.

Essential Job Skills:

High school diploma or equivalent.

Knowledge of campers, weight distribution hitches, and the operation of camper systems preferred.

Ability to use measuring devices, tools, and online apps to verify quality control of camper components.

Superior problem-solving and analytical skills.

Effective communication skills (with RV Technicians and Customers).

Flexibility and ability to work cooperatively in a team environment.

Excellent customer service skills.

Please note that this job will require heavy lifting and/or the use of ladders and other tools/equipment.

Must have weekend availability: Able to work at least two Saturdays per month (8 am to 1 pm).

Requires valid driver's license and good work/attendance record.
