RYZE Claim Solutions (RYZE) is an independent insurance adjusting company that provides accurate, cost effective and comprehensive property and liability insurance claims adjusting, including third party administration and insurance appraisal services to insurance carriers doing business throughout the United States. RYZE currently services 49 states and handles Catastrophe's across the nation. RYZE currently has two office locations: Noblesville, IN and Tampa, FL.   

Virtual Property Adjusters will investigate and evaluate property claims for clients pursuant to client and company direction, reviews and analyzes insurance claims for accuracy and authenticity. As a virtual claims adjuster, you work from home or from within one of our two offices adjusting losses from the desk setting. Your responsibilities include using software to process claims related to property damage. To perform your job, you must understand basis knowledge of policy, general construction and estimates. Your duties requires examining and researching claims, interviewing policyholders, investigating with use of digital technology and preparing estimates, diagrams and narrative reports. Provide timely, accurate, fair, and professional service to all clients and insured parties while maintaining a high level of production.   

Job Requirements:   

• Min 6 months property field adjusting experience  

• Construction knowledge  

• Experience preparing estimates with Xactimate and/or Symbility  

• Adjusting license that is reciprocal with other states  

• Effective communication and customer service skills  

• Strong investigative, analytical, and problem solving skills  

• Capability to plan, organize and manage time  

• Knowledge of insurance policies, theories and practices  

• Skilled at using technology to assist with documenting damage from within a desk setting  

• High speed internet
