We are seeking experienced sales associates to earn commission plus hourly pay here at Ra Shop Smoke & Vape. We also offer sales bonuses/competitions! We are a fun and relaxed work environment! We are a smoke shop catering to a wide range of customers and a wide array of products.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Greet customers
• Ensure high levels of customer satisfaction through excellent sales service
• Share product knowledge with customers and other team members
• Follow and achieve sales goals on a monthly, quarterly, and yearly basis
• Receive in product orders and inspect merchandise
• Complete daily inventory and to do list
• Adhere to all safety policies and procedures

• Must be 18 years or older
• Basic understanding of sales principles and customer service practices
• Friendly and energetic personality with customer service focus
• Product Knowledge / Retail Experience (preferred)
• Ability to perform under pressure and address complaints in a timely manner
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
