MINIMUM 1-2 YEARS OF RACKER EXPERIENCE.

Intela Staffing is looking to fill a Racker role for a Luxury Drains manufacturer in the city of Huntington Beach, CA.

Schedule: Monday through Friday 2:15pm – 11:00pm.

Saturday's as needed.

Responsibilities:

Understanding the flow of production per PVD coating sequence.

Maintaining work orders collected and processed completely. (Maintaining traceability of customer property)

Using extreme caution with customer products and tooling to avoid damage.

Learning proper fixturing techniques for placing parts on racks and un-racking parts per work order

Selecting racks according to size, shape, and number of parts to be processed

Manually transferring racked products (weighing up to 40 pounds) to automated cleaning baskets and carousels

Visually inspecting parts to verify finish complies with specifications.

Responsible for completing paperwork and tags for parts.

Performing other assignments per supervisor's direction.

Qualifications:

Must pass background check.

Adaptability/flexibility when encountering problems.

Must be able to communicate discrepancies to team leader and be able to solve problems and implement solutions.

Ability to follow instructions and comply with all safety regulations including the use of personal protective equipment.

Attention to detail, accuracy, dependability, and persistence.
