    Position: Franchise Operations Specialist

    As the Franchise Operations Specialist, you will join our Training and Operations team to ensure the growth and success of our franchise partners. You’ll work directly with franchisees developing new locations to track and manage their progress, providing support and coaching along the way. The right person for this position is passionate about supporting other’s success, has a proven ability to communicate, is always organized and detail oriented and can assist in developing systems and executing processes in a dynamic setting.

    Position Reports to: Vice President of Operations

    Job Responsibilities

    • Develop a keen understanding of Sola culture, operating procedures, and systems.
    • Provide proactive support for new locations through the development and lease-up phases.
    • Schedule regular calls/zoom meetings with franchisees who are developing new locations.
    • Keep detailed records in our systems regarding updates and statuses as locations move through the development process.
    • Ensure franchisees obtain information on how to achieve business excellence, including training and coaching on best practices and system standards throughout the development process.
    • Assist in the development and execution of franchisee training programs including the annual conference.
    • Work closely with Franchise Business Consultants and other members of the Training and Operations team by supporting them with various projects when needed.
    • Work cross-functionally with other departments on various programs and initiatives as needed.

    Skills/Qualifications

    • 1 - 2 years previous experience in a customer-service, operations, support, or training role.
    • Strong project management skills.
    • Proven ability to coach, train, and support individuals and groups.
    • Even-keeled, effective communicator (written and verbal).
    • A team player with a great attitude who will take on challenges and adapt as needed.
    • Flexible and able to balance competing priorities with limited supervision.
    • Independently motivated – a true self-starter
    • Strong Microsoft Office skills, including Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
    • Comfortable learning CRM platforms like HubSpot and other technology.
    • Experience in franchising a plus.

    Compensation

    The salary range for this role is $50,000 - $60,000 annually and is commensurate with experience. This is a salary exempt position. You may also qualify for a performance bonus based on company and individual performance; all bonuses are subject to board approval.
