POSITION PROFILE
This is an exciting opportunity for an Enterprise Business Architect to play a role in a Global Oracle implementation, as well as provide leadership in Knoll end-to-end solutions, and processes. The candidate will be responsible for the architecture, solution, and implementation of Knoll’s key initiatives. The Enterprise Business Architect will ensure Knoll’s architecture is in alignment with Knoll’s business strategy, key performance indicators, and present new ideas to the Knoll Executive team.

Required Experience
ERP and primarily Oracle experience is preferred, also experience required with: E-Commerce, CRM, analytics and reporting, Data transformation and initiatives.
Experience providing guidance to the PMO and Architecture teams by assisting in planning and design development.
Ability to build a business case and develop ROI in partnership with peers, business and SA’s.
Experience Developing the following enterprise-wide artifacts:
Technical and Functional expertise using: Oracle Supply chain modules, Order Management, and Financials
Skilled in creating, monitoring and managing concurrent programs, AME workflows, API's and Open Interface processing.
Familiarity with integration with third-party systems (Shop Floor, Shipping & Transportation) is a plus.
