COMPENSATION:

-OUR PLUMBERS TAKE HOME $6500-8,000+ EVERY 2 WEEKS.($150,000-$200,000/YEAR)

A RESIDENTIAL PLUMBING JOURNEYMAN MUST:

-Have an active driver's license in good standing.

-Hold a Plumbing PL01/PL02/PL04 Journeyman's License in the state of WA and/or ID

A GREAT MAINSTREAM RESIDENTIAL PLUMBER:

• Completes plumbing, drain cleaning, and other related in-home service calls.
• Knows how to establish customer rapport to sell the right products and services.
• Educates and assists customers in choosing the best finance options and maintenance plans.
• Works alongside customer service and dispatch to ensure overall success of the business.
• Maintains a clean, organized job site and well inventoried truck.
• Trains and mentors apprentices to ensure quick, accurate repairs and installations
