    Job Summary:

    We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Radiologic Technologist to join our dynamic healthcare team. The successful candidate will be responsible for performing fluoroscopic imaging during interventional procedures, ensuring high-quality images while prioritizing patient safety and comfort. The Radiologic Technologist will work closely with the physicians to provide accurate and timely treatment.

    Key Responsibilities:
    - Perform imaging for interventional procedures utilizing fluoroscopy and ultrasound as per physician orders.
    - Prepare and position patients for procedures, ensuring their comfort and safety.
    - Operate radiographic equipment and ensure proper calibration for optimal image quality.
    - Maintain accurate patient records and documentation of procedures performed.
    - Adhere to safety practices and protocols, including radiation safety measures.
    - Collaborate with healthcare professionals to discuss patient imaging requirements and results.
    - Assist in maintaining equipment and inventory, reporting any issues to the appropriate personnel.
    - Educate patients about the procedures and provide clear instructions to reduce anxiety.

    Qualifications:
    - Associate’s degree in Radiologic Technology or related field from an accredited program.
    - Current licensure as a Radiologic Technologist (ARRT Certified).
    - Strong understanding of imaging techniques and equipment operation.
    - Excellent patient care and communication skills.
    - Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.
    - Proficiency in electronic medical record (EMR) systems and imaging software.

    Preferred Qualifications:
    - Experience in a clinical or hospital setting is preferred.

    Physical Requirements:
    - Ability to stand for extended periods and lift patients as necessary.
    - Must be able to work in various physical positions, including bending and twisting.
