Bestica is hiring for Radiologic Therapeutic Technologists to provide services at Washington, DC VA Medical Center (DCVAMC) located in Washington, DC.

Location : DCVAMC, 50 Irving ST NW Washington, DC 20422.

Schedule : Monday thru Friday, 8am to 4:30pm or 7 am to 3:30 pm (shall be available and present in clinic during normal DCVAMC clinic hours, which will be established, and may be revised, as deemed appropriate for patient care by the Chief of Staff)

Mandatory Requirement :

• Must be graduate of an approved program in Therapeutic Radiologic Technology, evidence by an associate degree or higher from an accredited institution by the JRCERT.
• Certification by the ARRT in radiation therapy.
• Minimum One year of experience working as a Radiologic Therapeutic Technologist.
• Experience with Varian linear accelerators is preferred.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience of prescribed therapeutic radiation for the purposes of cancer and abnormal cell growth treatments.
• Minimum one (1) year of experience in 3-dimensional conformal radiation therapy (3D-CRT), Intensity-Modulated radiation therapy (IMRT), Image-guided radiation therapy (IGRT) and Stereotactic Body Radiation Therapy (SBRT).
