    Job Title: Radiology Operations Navigator

    Location: Remote - Hospital Based Radiology Medical Management

    We are seeking a detail-oriented and highly organized individual to join our team as a Radiology Operations Navigator. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating and overseeing the day-to-day operations of the radiology department, ensuring that all imaging services are delivered efficiently and effectively.

    Key Responsibilities:

    - Collaborate with radiologists, technologists, and other staff members to coordinate patient schedules and ensure smooth workflow within the department.
    - Monitor and manage equipment maintenance and repairs to ensure optimal performance and minimize downtime.
    - Develop and implement policies and procedures to improve operational efficiency and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
    - Coordinate with other departments to facilitate the timely delivery of imaging results and reports.
    - Train and supervise staff members to ensure adherence to departmental protocols and quality standards.
    - Act as a liaison between the radiology department and other healthcare providers to facilitate communication and collaboration.

    Qualifications:

    - Bachelor's degree in healthcare administration or related field.
    - Previous experience in radiology operations or healthcare management preferred.
    - Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
    - Ability to prioritize and multitask in a fast-paced environment.
    - Proficiency in medical terminology and electronic health records systems.
