    Our technicians complete assigned tasks in a timely manner and work inside crawl spaces, attics, and basements…which means being comfortable with heights and confined spaces. The work is both indoors and outdoors during varying St. Louis temperatures and weather conditions. We provide consistent year-round work and all the tools and training you need.

    The position involves building efficient custom PVC pipe routing designs. The ideal candidate will have a minimum of 1-year of field experience working with PVC piping along with a friendly attitude, clean presentation, and great communication skills.

    Job Responsibilities

    • Install radon mitigation systems to company and/or published radon mitigation standards in commercial buildings and residential homes.

    • Maintain stock of work vehicle to be prepared for each project.

    • Fill out the system label and walk the homeowner or building owner (if available on site) through the system installation.

    • Collect customer payment.

    • Complete Field Report and take pictures of jobs daily.

    Requirements

    · Minimum of 1-year of construction experience

    · Knowledge of general building practices

    · Familiar and comfortable with hand tools, ladders, and able to work in confined spaces

    · Ability to lift 50 pounds

    · Track record of high level, professional customer service interactions with clients

    · Must have a clean, presentable appearance and self-pride in your work

    · Must be able to follow directions and be 100% compliant with safety procedures

    · Driver’s license, reliable transportation, and clean driving record

    · You must be willing to undergo a background check and drug screen as part of the hiring process

    · You must be able to provide 3 credible employment references
