As a Radon Mitigation Technician, you will play a crucial role in improving indoor air quality for homeowners and businesses by installing high-quality radon mitigation systems. Responsibilities: • Install radon mitigation systems according to industry and company standards • Perform diagnostic testing to determine system placement • Use hand and power tools to cut and install piping, seal cracks, and mount fans • Work on 30’ ladders when necessary for system installation • Lift and carry up to 75 lbs during installations • Communicate professionally with customers and provide top-tier service • Ensure all work meets local and state radon mitigation regulations • Drive company vehicle to job sites (must have a clean driving record ) • Maintain tools, equipment, and a clean job site Qualifications: • Great with hand and power tools – comfortable using drills, saws, and sealants • Physically capable – able to lift 75 lbs and work in attics, basements, and crawl spaces • Comfortable working on 30’ ladders – installations often require working at heights • Reliable and detail-oriented – takes pride in workmanship and problem-solving • Strong communication and customer service skills – interacts professionally with clients • Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record • Radon mitigation certification is a plus , but we provide full training! Compensation: $60,000 - $115,000 yearly
