NY and NJ TITLE INSURANCE READER AND CLEARANCE OFFICER
Job Description
A well-established Title Insurance company is looking for an experienced TITLE READER.
The successful candidate must be proficient in all aspects of the title insurance industry, including following underwriting guidelines, highly organized and be able to provide outstanding client service. You must be able to read and clear commercial and residential titles, legal research, write title policies and manage commercial title transactions from beginning to end. New York, New Jersey and National a plus.
RESPONSIBILITIES:
Read and clear foreclosures and multi-million dollar transactions
Communicate regularly with Manager regarding work volumes, customer issues and obstacles impacting production and quality.
Special projects assigned by Manager.
EXPERIENCE AND QUALIFICATIONS:
Must have (3) years of title insurance experience
Ability to communicate effectively both orally and in writing, in person and by telephone
Ability to multitask, think and act quickly, meet deadlines, and maintain a professional demeanor in a busy office environment
Must be well versed in all aspects of title related work
Knowledge of computers and relevant software application
