Responsibilities: • Report on key performance and sales metrics on a monthly and quarterly basis to ensure sales goals are achieved • Funnel new qualified leads into the sales pipeline by following up with each prospect via email, phone calls or other forms of communication • Update customer database regularly to provide the most up-to-date client information to the sales team • Generate qualified leads for the sales team so they can provide a quick response to customers • Work within your specific geography to find new business opportunities Qualifications: • 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role • Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license and be able to travel by car • Superb communication skills, both written and verbal, as well as interpersonal skills and time management skills • High school diploma or equivalent required, college degree preferred • Experience using CRM software as part of the sales process • Have a current Texas P&C license. • Have Insurance Experience. Compensation: $40,000 - $60,000 yearly
