    RESIDENTIAL SALES CONSULTANT (COMFORT ADVISOR)

    As a member of our team, you will follow-up on pre-set qualified leads in a single-visit closing cycle with an average close rate of 45-65%, and initiate calls to generate sales. With a strong focus on customer service and a commitment to integrity, you will execute sales appointments and conduct assessments regarding energy efficiency and home comfort. The position will require an extensive survey of home/building/residence to determine appropriate HVAC needs, equipment, and system design, develop the sales proposal, make the sale and perform all applicable customer follow-up responsibilities.

    ESSENTIAL DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

    The successful candidate will be responsible for conducting a broad range of sales activities in support of the corporate business plan. Responsible for identifying, and acquiring new customers as well as developing, building and maintaining long-term customer relationships. Will serve as the leader of the sales process and ensure customer satisfaction.

    • Provide knowledge and consultation to potential and existing customer to develop integrated HVAC system solutions for equipment needs. Serve as a resource professional to the installation, office and customer base.
    • Conduct post-sale follow up to ensure all sales agreements have been satisfied to the customer’s complete satisfaction.
    • Pricing all projects per the organization’s pricing plan and structure as directed by the sales manager.
    • Monitor and track existing bids to bring to a successful conclusion.
    • Act as a liaison between internal operations and customer to ensure seamless delivery of expectations and services.
    • Other job duties as assigned.

    • High school diploma/GED or an equivalent combination of education and experience is required
    • Minimum of two years of experience of demonstrated successful outside sales experience is highly desirable
    • Must possess a valid driver's license and excellent driving record
    • Excellent verbal, written and interpersonal communication skills is essential to this position to communicate with external and internal customers at all levels
    • Excellent organizational and time management skills is required
    • Ability to work independently in a team environment is required
    • Must be available to work designated marketing events as needed
    • Must be available night and weekends as needed
