    Job Description

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • This individual contributor is primarily responsible for assisting in candidate sourcing for open positions, supporting candidate screening and selection activities for common or high volume positions, and assisting with the maintenance and reporting of Company recruiting and hiring information.

    • Supports hiring managers with recruiting activities, assists candidates throughout the recruitment and selection processes, and conducts administrative activities.

    • Assists in candidate sourcing for open positions by building candidate pools; updating candidate database; updating postings as needed; and escalating gaps in or issues with candidate pools as appropriate.

    • Supports candidate screening and selection activities for common or high volume positions by reviewing candidate applications and applying requirements; categorizing applicants; calling and pre-screening candidates as assigned; verifying references; and scheduling interviews as assigned.

    • Assists candidates throughout the recruitment and selection process by providing information and answering general/basic questions regarding the organization and recruitment process; and generating initial offer agreements.

    • Conducts administrative activities by scheduling/calendaring interviews and meetings; coordinating onboarding activities with hiring manager; completing new-hire process in system; and taking and distributing meeting notes.

    REQUIREMENTS:

    • High School diploma or GED required
    • 1-2 years of customer service/client facing/relationship building experience is required.
    • 1 year recruitment experience sourcing, screening, and selection of candidates for IT professional positions, clinical positions, within the health insurance industry
    • Familiarity navigating many systems such as HRc, MS Teams, Taleo, etc. they do not need experience with these already, as training will be provided, but they need to be savvy enough to pick up new systems quickly.
