We are seeking a Litigation Paralegal to become a part of our team! Rasmussen Injury Law is a growing personal injury firm with offices in Mesa, Glendale and Tucson, Arizona. We handle many litigation matters. Therefore, litigation experience is vital. You will provide overall support to attorneys' business needs. Responsibilities: * Conduct research to support legal proceedings * Assist with the drafting and reviewing of legal documents * Communicate with clients and update files * Monitor and ensure compliance with state and federal litigation deadlines * Record and store client information Qualifications: * Previous experience as a paralegal or other legal field * Familiarity with Arizona Rules of Civil Procedure * Bilingual - English/Spanish * Ability to prioritize and multitask * Excellent written and verbal communication skills * Deadline and detail-oriented Our office is multi-lingual firm (English, Spanish, Arabic, Thai). The position is available in our Mesa. Applicant must be fluent in Spanish. Health, Dental and Vision benefits available for the employee, with 100% of premiums covered.
