    We’re looking for a motivated sales agent to join our expanding team focused on flip properties and investor partnerships. In this role, you’ll work closely with clients, builders, and developers to identify opportunities and guide buyers and sellers through each stage of the process. Your ability to build strong relationships and spot investment potential will be key. You’ll be supported by a collaborative group of high-performing agents and gain exposure to experienced professionals in the industry. With structured support and a proven system, you’ll be positioned to grow your business and earn rewarding commissions. Responsibilities: • Act as the professional intermediary when connecting with leads and industry professionals so our company’s standards and values are reflected in every transaction • Manage incoming leads by phone, email, text, and CRM and convert them to buyers to meet monthly sales goals • Adopt a learning mindset and cultivate a passion for knowledge in the Real Estate industry to help further your own career • Act as an intermediary between our seller and potential buyer so the entire process is smooth and timely • Consistently networking and prospecting for new business to meet sales goals • New home lead follow-up • New home builder lead generation • Database • CRM • Set appointments • Execute appointments • Sales scripts Qualifications: • A valid Real Estate License is required for this job • Ability to build meaningful connections and rapport quickly and loves meeting new people • Knowledge of the local Real Estate market is preferred • Willing and able to learn our systems and technologies • A proven track record of sales and success • A real estate license is required • Great communication • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $85,000 - $165,000 at plan
