    Job Description

    We are seeking a Customer Account Manager to join our team! You will resolve customer questions, act as the point of contact for issue escalations, offer solutions to drive company revenue and guide Service Level Agreement reporting

    RESPONSIBILITIES:

    • Resolve customer inquiries and complaints
    • Set follow-up appointments to keep customers aware of latest developments
    • Create customer contracts to present to customers
    • Maintain customer relationship for all services
    • Create and maintain accurate, current SLA reporting
    • Mine existing customer accounts for upcoming project work
    • Assist the sales team with RFPs and daily customer transactions
    • Review service calls
    • Handle Customer case billing
    • Assist PM team with customer projects

    ​QUALIFICATIONS:

    • Previous experience in sales, customer service, or other related fields
    • Familiarity with CRM platforms
    • Ability to build rapport with clients
    • Strong negotiation skills
    • Deadline and detail-oriented
    • Strong verbal and written communication skills
    • Must be able to work independently as well as team environments
