Reach for Youth desires to add a caring and compassionate part-time or full-time youth and family therapist to join our dynamic, and diverse multi-disciplinary teams at our Indianapolis and Greenwood locations. QUALIFACTIONS:
Ideal candidates are those that meet the following criteria:
· Masters degree from an accredited college/university in the field of psychology, marriage and family therapy, social work, and counseling
· Licensed by the State of Indiana as a Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist (LMFT), Licensed Clinical Social Worker (LCSW), or Licensed Mental Health Counselor (LMHC). Clinicians with provisional licenses will be accepted and provided with on-site supervision and consultation
· A minimum of two years post-licensure and work experience with families, children and adolescents, assessments, and groups
· Knowledgeable of and able to implement evidenced-based clinical services and well versed in working with family systems
· Able to establish strong rapport with youth
· Possess outstanding ethical and decision making skills
· Able to maintain accurate and timely documentation
· Applicants who are bilingual and/or have specialized training/certifications (i.e. play therapy, TF-CBT, etc.) are a plus
