Responsibilities: • Perform due diligence on real estate market and geographical trends, partnership and investment models, and prepare contracts, letter of intent, and other business administration paperwork to ensure sales • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Facilitate the contract process by building rapport and overcoming objections with clients • Perform analysis on property value using comps, data, site walks, market trends, and research • Reply quickly to all incoming leads and client requests for information • Find Absentee properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Absentee property lead generation • Absentee property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Absentee property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Selling is your passion, and you are extremely driven to succeed • A real estate license is required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $160,000 at plan
