Responsibilities: • Use market trends, comps, data research, site walks, and outreach to assess property value and condition • Follow up on all leads and requests for information • Monitor the sales process and document follow up by tracking all interaction details in the CRM • Build rapport with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Liaise between buyers and sellers to ensure a satisfactory transaction • Find Absentee properties • Develop builder, developer, and contractor network • Absentee property lead generation • Absentee property lead follow-up • Listing appointments • Absentee property buyer and seller sales Qualifications: • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills, and superior phone skills to set and close appointments • 1 or more years of experience as a real estate specialist in real estate sales, especially acquisitions, is preferred • Requires an enthusiastic passion for real estate asset sales and goal-oriented personality • Preference for a Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business, Sales, Marketing or equivalent work • A real estate license is required • Ability to learn and coachable • Commission opportunity • Sales experience Compensation: $80,000 - $165,000 at plan
