    We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Accountability Coach to join our real estate team. The Accountability Coach will play a pivotal role in supporting the growth and success of our agents by holding them accountable to their goals, driving performance, and fostering a productive and motivated team environment. With a total sales volume in 2023 of $138M, we are looking for a coach to take our team members to the next level by maximizing their potential, increasing productivity, and driving even greater success in the coming years. Responsibilities: • Accountability & Goal Tracking: Hold real estate agents accountable for their individual and team goals on a weekly, monthly, quarterly, and annual basis. Ensure consistent progress towards set objectives. • Agent Training & Development: Provide ongoing training and development opportunities for all agents, keeping them up-to-date with industry best practices, new strategies, and skill enhancements. • Recruitment & Onboarding: Interview, hire, and onboard new agents to join the team. Ensure agents are equipped with the necessary tools and knowledge to get into production quickly after being hired. • Lead Management: Oversee lead distribution among agents and ensure proper and timely follow-up on all leads. Implement systems to track lead progress and agent activity. • Sales Production & Contests: Organize and run sales production contests to motivate agents and boost performance, aiming to increase overall sales and competitiveness within the team. • Performance Growth: Help the team increase annual sales by driving growth through accountability, training, and strategic production initiatives. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate, preferably in a coaching, management, or leadership role. • Strong understanding of sales processes, lead management, and goal-setting strategies. • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and motivational skills. • Ability to work with diverse personalities and drive team results. Compensation: $50,000 - $75,000 yearly
