Real Estate Accounting Administrator - Part-Time
We are seeking a highly professional and detail-oriented Real Estate Deals & Accounting Administrator to manage the financial and transactional aspects of real estate deals. The ideal candidate will have prior real estate experience and a strong aptitude for accuracy, organization, and communication. This part-time role offers flexibility and an opportunity to contribute to a dynamic and fast-paced environment. Responsibilities: • Process and manage real estate transactions, including residential and commercial deals. • Calculate and verify real estate commissions and invoicing with accuracy. • Coordinate with real estate agents, brokerages, law firms, and other stakeholders. • Maintain and update transaction records using industry software such as Lone Wolf or EZ MAX. • Ensure compliance with all relevant real estate forms and documentation requirements in Ontario. • Perform data entry and maintain organized records for accounting and transaction purposes. • Support property management administration as needed. • Provide exceptional customer service through clear communication and efficient resolution of inquiries. Qualifications: • Real estate experience is mandatory. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite, including Word, Excel, and Outlook. • Familiarity with Ontario real estate forms and processes. • Experience with Lone Wolf, EZ MAX, QuickBooks, or similar software is highly preferred. • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data entry. • Excellent organizational, time management, and problem-solving skills. • Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal. • Previous experience in administrative or front desk roles is an asset. Compensation: $25 - $30 hourly
