Responsibilities: • Conduct lead generation activities to identify and reach out to motivated sellers, investors, and distressed property owners in the Boston, MA area. • Evaluate properties by conducting market analysis and negotiating purchase agreements in line with company standards. • Establish and nurture relationships with real estate professionals like realtors, attorneys, wholesalers, and investors to facilitate property sales in the Eastern Massachusetts area. • Assess market trends, property conditions, and potential investment opportunities to make informed decisions. • Utilize digital marketing, social media platforms, and networking strategies to support property acquisitions and expand the client base in Boston, MA. • Manage and update leads, deals, and transactions effectively in the company's CRM system for efficient workflow.
