Responsibilities: • Lead Generation Prospecting: Identify and contact motivated sellers, investors, and distressed property owners. • Negotiation Deal Structuring: Evaluate properties, conduct market analysis, and negotiate purchase agreements. • Sales Disposition: Build relationships with realtors, attorneys wholesalers, and investors to facilitate property sales. • Property Evaluation: Assess market trends, property conditions, and potential investment opportunities. • Networking Marketing: Utilize digital marketing, social media, and networking strategies to facilitate buys and build a client base. • CRM Management: Maintain and update leads, deals, and transactions in the company CRM. Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisitions, sales, or wholesaling. • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills. • Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently. • Knowledge of real estate market trends, investment strategies, and sales techniques. • Ability to analyze deals, assess property values, and understand financing options. • Active real estate license (preferred but not required). • Experience with CRM tools, cold calling, and lead generation strategies. • Must have a Drivers license and reliable transportation. Compensation: $125,000 Salary plus Commission
