Property Pals is looking for an Acquisitions Manager to purchase properties at deep discounts and add to the available inventory for our investment partners. You will spend your time fielding inbound calls and webforms to connect with sellers and help them through the process of selling their home. This includes being in the field and on the phone, collecting important pieces of information to help them make the best decision in choosing a partner to help them navigate the sale of their property, and signing them up to one of our buying programs. We provide: • 30 day paid training program • Hands on coaching (work right next to the owners of the company) • Real world knowledge and understanding of how to buy and sell real estate • Exposure to a world class tech stack and training materials Responsibilities: • Answer inbound calls in a timely manner - sellers inbound and fill out web forms 7 days a week • Relentless follow-up with sellers to close deals quickly and nurture ones that aren't ready • Manage a pipeline of sellers who are interested in selling their properties from first touch to signing of a contract • Go on seller appointments to properties in the greater Chicago area • Analyze and underwrite property values • Prepare and send contracts to sellers Qualifications: • Be Confident! Must be persuasive • Have the ability to create and hold conversations with people • Experience in a closing role with a track record of performance. If you don't have a track record - show us you are qualified • Being a self-starter is a MUST. Take control of the role • Must be tech proficient or pick it up quickly - navigate a CRM, understand GSuite, etc • Written and verbal communication is critical. Internal and external • Being fluent in Spanish is a HUGE plus • Handle themselves with maturity and respect • Take feedback and implement it • Transportation is required Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
