Job Description: As a Real Estate Acquisition Specialist focusing on Direct to Agent MLS Outreach, you will play a critical role in driving our acquisitions strategy. Your primary responsibility will be to contact agents with active MLS listings, submit 10+ offers daily, and negotiate deals to secure favorable terms for wholesale or retain as internal investment opportunities. You will need to build rapport quickly, navigate complex negotiations, and maintain a robust pipeline of property opportunities. Responsibilities: Agent Outreach & Offer Submission • Call real estate agents with active MLS listings to discuss potential offers. • Submit 10+ offers per day and make 50+ dials per day. • Secure 4+ accepted contracts per month, achieving 3%+ acceptance rate. • Build and nurture relationships with agents to maintain a consistent flow of opportunities. Negotiation & Deal Structuring • Negotiate initial offers and follow up persistently to secure deals. • Work with internal teams to analyze properties strategically and determine competitive offer prices. Pipeline Management • Maintain a 100% up to date strong pipeline of properties through consistent agent outreach. • Use CRM tools (GoHighLevel experience is a plus!) to track communication, offers, and deal progress. • Complete all follow-ups with agents and offers promptly to achieve 0 overdue tasks Market Research • Stay informed on real estate trends, property values, and neighborhood developments. • Continuously refine acquisition strategies based on market conditions. Qualifications: Qualifications: • Proven experience in real estate acquisition, direct-to-agent outreach, or a similar role. • Strong negotiation skills with a track record of closing deals. • Excellent communication skills, with the ability to build rapport quickly over the phone. • Familiarity with MLS systems and real estate transaction processes. • Highly organized and able to manage multiple offers and negotiations simultaneously. • Proficiency in CRM software (GoHighLevel preferred) and other real estate tools. • Self-motivated and goal-oriented, with the ability to meet daily offer submission targets. Tool Requirements: • Laptop/desktop with at least 4 GB RAM and i3 processor. • Stable internet connection of at least 5 MBPS. • USB noise-canceling headset/Webcam. Compensation: $80,000 - $120,000 yearly
