Responsibilities: • Initiate outbound calls to real estate agents to generate leads and explore acquisition opportunities • Utilize the CRM daily to track and stay up-to-date on all follow-ups and messages and efficiently monitor the sales process Qualifications: • 1 or more years of sales experience • Must be driven and goal oriented to hit Key Performance Indicators (KPI's) to achieve success • Must have exceptional written and verbal communication skills to set and close appointments Compensation: $80,000 commission yearly
