Responsibilities: • Convert inbound leads into successful real estate acquisitions. • Collaborate closely with the Inbound Leads Manager for effective lead hand-offs. • Conduct targeted outreach to real estate agents and other potential partners within assigned territories. • Maintain clear and effective communication with clients, utilizing various channels including phone, email, and other digital platforms. • Perform thorough assessments of properties through comprehensive desktop appraisals. • Facilitate the sales process, including generating sales calls and coordinating property logistics, such as photo documentation and scheduling meetings with prospective buyers. Qualifications: • No sales experience in real estate required. • Strong focus on collaboration, team building, and customer service. • Highly motivated and self-directed individual. • Exceptional customer service and communication skills. • Ability to exercise judgment and initiative. • Strong analytical, mathematical, and problem-solving abilities. • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite. • Access to a reliable laptop or computer with a high-speed internet connection.
