You will identify, evaluate, and negotiate real estate deals that align with our growth objectives. Specifically, your responsibilities will include: • Negotiate Deals: Lead negotiations with sellers to structure deals that maximize profitability while maintaining strong professional relationships. • Manage the Acquisition Pipeline: Track and manage multiple acquisition opportunities simultaneously, ensuring efficient and timely progress through all stages of the acquisition process. • Conduct Property Analysis: Assess the financial viability of properties through utilizing online tools and software. • Collaborate with Teams: Work closely with finance, legal, and operations teams to ensure smooth due diligence and closing processes. • Improvement: Consistent call reviews, to ensure you are staying as sharp as possible in your skills.
