The mission of the Acquisition Specialist is to secure advantageous property deals that align with the needs of both motivated homeowners and our investor network while driving company revenue goals. The ideal candidate will thrive in a fast-paced environment, delivering creative solutions for property owners and building meaningful relationships that foster trust and long-term success. Responsibilities: • Engage with Sellers: Proactively communicate with potential property sellers via calls, texts, and emails. • Build Maintain Pipeline: Use our CRM to manage and track leads, ensuring follow-ups and updates are timely. • Negotiate Offers: Analyze properties and present competitive offers, ensuring mutually beneficial outcomes. • Close Deals: Convert warm and cold leads into signed contracts using tools like DocuSign. • Collaborate with Team: Work closely with the transaction coordinator to ensure smooth handoffs after securing contracts. • Meet or Exceed Targets: Strive to achieve KPIs, including daily calls, offers made, and contracts closed. Qualifications: • 2+ years of sales experience, preferably in real estate or a related field. • Proven ability to negotiate, overcome objections, and close deals. • Strong organizational skills to manage a high-volume pipeline. • Comfortable with a 100% commission-based structure. • Availability to work CST hours, including evenings and Saturdays. Compensation: $120,000
