Sales experience is a bonus. This is a remote position. Responsibilities: • Dial your pipeline leads • Answer incoming leads • Attend all scheduled appointments • Build rapport and trust with prospects and clients to overcome objections and get the deal signed • Utilize the CRM daily to track all necessary contact interaction details and monitor the sales process • Respond to all leads in a timely manner to drive business forward • Follow up and cultivate relationships with homeowners in order to facilitate the sale of their property • Negotiate prices and make offers to homeowners Qualifications: • Exceptional communication skills, both oral and written, with extremely strong phone skills; ability to set and close appointments over the phone • Previous Phone sales experience is a plus • Ability to build rapport with clients • Self-Starter Compensation: $60,000 - $80,000 yearly
